EMA: Health Technology Assessment bodies (update)
EMA published the update a joint work plan for 2017-2020 together with EUnetHTA covering the following 3 major areas of collaboration: 1.parallel consultation with regulators and HTA bodies; 2.exchange of information on the outcome of the regulatory assessment at the time of marketing authorization as part of EUnetHTA's new framework for production of relative effectiveness assessments; 3.optimization of post-authorization data generation tools, such as patient registries, to serve data needs for various decision-makers.
