MoH: Draft Order amending and completing the MoH Order 914/2006 approving the rules regarding the conditions that a hospital has to fulfill in order to obtain an operating sanitary authorization

BRIEF:

This draft MoH Order is introducing the phrase "day-care hospitalization structure" and regulations on the organization of day-care hospitalization structure were approved (sanitary units with beds that provide both inpatient medical services and day care hospitals, treatment rooms, the obligation to use a refrigerator with a visual and audible alarm system, automatic temperature monitoring system and connection to an autonomous generator (in case of emergency) at the blood transfusion units and the need to use specific disinfectants in the hygiene procedures premises and furniture at hospital level).
