MoH: Draft Human Transplant Law

BRIEF:

This draft Law aligns the National legislation on transplantation (coordination, supervision, accreditation and inspection of human transplantation), ensuring compatibility of Romanian legislation with European legislation. A list of 11 MoH Orders will be repealed and 3 more will be modified.
