The Paper aims  at contributing to  the  design  and  content definition  of  the  forthcoming  Joint  Action  on  HTA, which  will  have  a  key  role  in facilitating  a  smooth  and  efficient  transition from a “project approach” to a permanent model of cooperation between HTA bodies.
